A Life Dedicated to Serving and Empowering People
MY Experience
I spent nearly fifteen years working in law enforcement before transitioning to tech to lead and develop efforts in Trust & Safety and Social Advocacy. With a focus on online and in-real-life safety and inclusion, I worked directly in several tech core business pillars including communications, marketing, and operations, leading teams, building cross-functional strategy and programs for both consumers and employees, and advising product teams on feature development, including several industry firsts.
I’ve dedicated my life to creating safe spaces for all people and I take a unique, people-first and community-collaborative approach to this mission with a prioritization of marginalized communities and other vulnerable groups. In addition to safety and inclusion expertise, I have extensive large-scale strategic business development knowledge that I have successfully integrated into high-growth companies.
I am an executive with a proven track record of successfully executing on my creative, multi-faceted approach, activating teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and strategy across the business and across six continents directly affecting millions of customers and driving measurable results while also addressing some of the biggest challenges high-growth, global tech companies have faced in the spaces of safety and inclusion.
