In this episode, your host, Tracey Breeden, explains her story of Disruption and why she is so passionate about creating big-bold change in this world! Tracey Breeden is the CEO and founder of Disrupt the Landing. Tracey and her team consult and partner with tech companies, NGOs, government agencies, and individuals to create safe and inclusive spaces through the creation of programs and products on digital platforms and in real life for users of these platforms and the employees of the organizations DTL works with.

Tracey has over two decades of experience in technology and government/public safety sectors. A former police officer and investigator with subject matter expertise in sexual assault and domestic violence who was awarded the medal of valor during her law enforcement career.

Tracey was Uber’s first Head of Women’s Safety and created Uber’s Global Women’s Safety & Gender-Based Violence Programs Team—the first global team dedicated to the safety of women and other vulnerable populations at Uber.

Tracey Breeden was the Vice President, Head of Safety and Social Advocacy at Match Group. Tracey stood up Match Group’s first-ever dedicated Trust & Safety central program and a team of nearly 30 experts to work in partnership and guide trust & safety efforts across 15+ brands including Tinder and Hinge.

Tracey’s favorite hobbies include playing and cuddling with her pets, listening to music, and practically everything outdoors. She loves biking, off-roading, and exploring the numerous mountain hiking trails and vortexes in her home state of Arizona.
